January 16, 2008 - AgitarOne available as a downloadable eval!

Several prospects and friends in the software development business have asked us to make a downloadable eval for AgitarOne available on our web site. It is finally here!

We already had a hosted evaluation option, where we hosted multiple servers, powered them, fed them, and kept them up - but now, you can download and try out AgitarOne on your own computer, within your own company, and with your own production code.

And any tests you generate using the eval are yours to keep, forever! If you like what you see, would appreciate a note from you. If you have suggestions, would love to hear them as well.

The evaluation copy is limited in that:

- it can only be installed on one Windows box (XP, Vista ...) - it cannot use AgitarOne's multi server capabilities for larger team needs
- it will limit the usage to 500 classes (Test Generation or Agitation)
- cannot be used to demonstrate our excellent Continuous Integration setup capabilities
- will expire in about 30 days (although you could email support for an extension).

If you're installing AgitarOne for the first time, please take the time to look at the AgitarOne Tutorial (after the installation) when you browse to http://localhost:8080/ on your machine.

Why Windows only? I'd love to show this to my boss but we're a Linux shop (with some Macs)...
